Dozer Day
What a Dozer Day!
NUCA NJ’s inaugural Dozer Day was a HUGE success. Held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 our event brought families, industry professionals, and the community together for an unforgettable day of construction fun!
Hosted at the IUOE Local 825 Training Facility in Dayton, NJ, this sold-out event welcomed approximately 500 attendees for a one-of-a-kind, hands-on experience. Kids had the opportunity to climb aboard and operate real construction equipment alongside certified operators, explore interactive exhibits, try simulators, and enjoy games and activities throughout the day.
See just a few photos from the day below!
.
Beyond the fun, Dozer Day helped introduce the next generation to careers in construction while supporting Construction Angels, a nonprofit providing assistance to families who have suffered the loss of a loved one in the construction industry.
A huge thank-you to our sponsors, volunteers, exhibitors, food vendors, and the IUOE Local 825 team who helped make our first Dozer Day such a tremendous success. We couldn’t have done it without you!
Relive the excitement!
And this is just the beginning! We’re already looking forward to next year’s event –and we’re planning to go even BIGGER!
