EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT

We're Ready to Dig In!

NUCA NJ’s inaugural Dozer Day is off to an amazing start, and we’d like to take a moment to thank our amazing sponsors who have joined us in supporting this exciting, hands-on, family-friendly community event!

Dozer Day gives children the rare opportunity to climb into the cab and operate real heavy construction equipment — including dozers, excavators, and backhoes — alongside certified professional operators. It’s an unforgettable experience that lets kids get behind the controls, get their hands dirty, and experience the world of construction firsthand!

And there’s plenty more fun to enjoy throughout the day, including food trucks, balloon artists, face painting, games, and other activities for kids of all ages.

Hosted by NUCA NJ (National Utility Contractors Association New Jersey), Dozer Day is about more than just big machines. It’s an opportunity to bring families and our industry together, promote workforce development and introduce the next generation to careers in the skilled trades, while also raising funds to support local charitable causes.

We are incredibly grateful to the companies and organizations that have stepped up to help make our first Dozer Day possible. Thank you for digging in with us and supporting this special event! We couldn’t do it without you!

Tickets Are Now Available!
