EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT
WATERMARK SUMMER AT THE SHORE EVENT A SUCCESS!
NUCA NJ hosted its annual Watermark Summer at the Shore networking event last night, and it was another great success. The venue was filled with friends, colleagues and industry partners from the utility construction community, all enjoying great food, drinks and conversation.
A special thank you goes out to our event sponsors, Core & Main, GuardianMed Professionals, Marlin Construction Services and World Insurance, whose support helped make the evening possible. We also would like to thank our Bar Sponsors, Capitol Supply Construction and Raritan Group, for helping create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.
The event also provided an opportunity to announce NUCA NJ’s inaugural Dozer Day, to be held on Saturday, October 24th. Dozer Day is a workforce development and safety initiative designed to inspire the next generation of construction professionals. It gives families a unique chance to experience the construction industry firsthand. Children and their families can climb aboard heavy equipment, sound horns, move dirt and interact with industry professionals while learning about the rewarding career opportunities available in construction. The event combines education, safety awareness and hands-on fun, making it a favorite for families and industry supporters alike.
